I think commenting is a nice fun experience for bloggers to respond to posts, and have great conversations. Like imagine you were writing a post about saving the Giant Pandas, or Bengal Tigers, you could write the post, and then pop!  There is a comment and then you respond to it answer the question (If it has one) and thanks the person for the complements in the comment (If he or she put any), and improve in the next story if the person put something you could improve on. And commenting is also a way to speak with friends like if you don’t have and email or anything like that you could use a blog and comment on your friend’s post.(It should be harder to get a blog than get an email just saying). Now here are some tips you could use to get comments on your story, If you are making an informational story then you should write a lot so you can get lots of comments saying how you are good and have lots of great info, and if you are writing a fantasy story or fiction story, try your best and make it amazing and don’t make it too cheesy or people will think it’s horrible when yo really tried your best. And in order to post a good comment you have to first complement the writer about anything in the story you like if you don’t like anything about the story don’t be rude about it just say politely that you don’t like it the best or something like that. Then try to connect and see what you have in common with them and put that somewhere in the comment. And also put what you wish they put in the story and put what you wonder about the story or what you don’t understand about it.
