Bryonna Buck – Greenhouse Internship

Hello. I am Bryonna Buck the Spartaponics intern as well as the Grassland FFA Historian.  Spartanponics is a small business started two years ago by Mrs. Ranck’s Agriculture 2 students. It gives students background information about how to effectively run and start an agriculture business.

I am in charge of the marketing set this semester. So far, there have been a few sales as well as a lot of packaging. I made a flyer that was emailed to all of the teachers as well as included a workable QR code. I had sent out an email to past buyers and got their response and fulfilled their orders.

I have worked closely with Mrs. Ranck and her Agriculture  2 students with the germination process as well as the packaging, marketing, and updating of the website. I am going to write biographies for each tower that includes their growers and the types of plants that are growing on each tower.

Overall, it has been a great experience and I have really enjoyed it. It has given me a great experience and a great set of expectations for my college experience. I now have a grasp of future goals and how I will orient them into my life and future goals.
