Romeo and Juliet’s Alternate Ending

Friar Laurence’s letter actually makes it to Romeo and the second he finished it, he rushed over to where Juliet was. He made it before anyone could stop him. He found Juliet’s lifeless body and carried her in his arms. It didn’t take long before Juliet began to gain color in her face and consciousness. She slowly opened her eyes and squinted at her husband. She managed a tired smile and said “I knew you’d come.” “Of course I did,” replied Romeo, ” I would never leave my wife behind especially to die.” He carried her all the way to his horse and strapped her in tightly since she was still weak from the potion. Romeo rushed out of the city to find a new place where began finally be with her one true love forever.
