Weird Wire Possesions

One day, while riding on the bus, my friend Summer looked out the window and said:
“Why are there boots on that wire?”. I looked, and, sure enough, there was a pair of boots hanging by their strings.
“I don’t know.” I said in bafflement.
“Then it’s a mystery.” she said. And from that day on, we looked at the boots every time we passed.

I’m Eli, you commented on my blog and I have a few theories about why there was boots on the wires. Some people put things on places or do other things to protest. Or maybe some one died or something and the boots were there to remember them. Another possibility is some idiot threw them up there to look cool. There’s so many possibilities on why they’re up on the wires. Why do you think they’re up there? How long have they been up there?

Hi Mae! I actually happen to know why people hang boots up on wires!
1. They show gang territory
2. They show where a drug dealer might be
3. They represent someones death
4. They represent someone graduating from university.
I hope it isn’t 1,2 or 3! (especially 2)
