A raindrop trips on the clouds
Falling and falling down down down
Their cold wet skin touches your arm
Time to go inside
The rain is coming
“Please don’t go away,
I wish you would stay.”
Hi Abby, I really enjoy this poem as well, and I especially like how it is about a raindrop! I wish you would have maybe added a little bit more to make it more interesting. I wonder if this is a personification poem? Keep writing!
