The snow is falling
your friends are calling
A snowball comes your way
You know they want to play.
You strike back and yell attack.
You hit them square in the nose
While your snow boots warm your toes
Come inside for warm hot chocolate,
Cookies and more,
This day sure wasn’t a bore
Now off to bed,
Tomorrow is a new day,
See you then, when the snow is falling.
“lucas, come here for a quick second.”
“One minute Mark.” Said Lukas (the king)
“Look!”
“What is it?” Asked lukas
“The king is throwing a ball for his daughter, she turns 17 tomorrow, and we’re on the list to be invited!”
“That’s GREAT!”
“Are you going? Asked lukas
“Yes! Why wouldn’t I go?”
“I don’t know maybe you’re busy.”
“Lukas, I’m never busy!” said mark.
So on the day of the ball, the men put on their best clothes and a carriage was sent to pick them up and take them to the ball. The castle was a couple hours from here, so it was a long ride.
“Excuse me, sir! When will we be arriving at the ball? Lukas wondered.
“In about 2 hours.” Answered the driver.
The men sat in the hot sun for about 2 more hours without water when they finally reached the castle where the king and queen were having the ball, and then got out of the carriage, and the guards asked them for there names to see if their names were on the list.
“Names.” Grunted the guard.
“We are, Mark, and lukas, friends.” Mark told them.
The guard looked for their names on the list and then nodded for them to go inside. When they got inside, the King immediately rushed over to greet them.
“Lukas, Mark! Welcome to our ball.” Greeted the king.
“Come on in!” The king said.
“Everyone, these are our last guests they came all the way from that little village about 4 hours away from here.”
“Actually it’s 5 hours away.” Lukas corrected.
“I said about, 4 hours.” the king explained harshly.
“Now, we must start the ball!” announced the king.
Then everyone in the ballroom shouted with excitement. When everyone had ate, they danced for hours. Lukas was talking to Mark, when lukas felt a tap on his shoulder.
“Hi there, would you like to dance with me?” a lovely woman said.
“Um, uh, sure. I guess.” Lukas responded.
“You guessed right,” She told him.
Lukas had just realized, maybe this was the person he was supposed to be with. He had so many questions, if it was the person he was supposed to be with, he had to know things about her.
“So, where were you born?” lukas asked.
“I grew up around here with my grandparents, my parents both died when I was 4.”
“I’m so sorry to hear that.” Lukas replied.
“Oh, it’s ok, I’m used to it. I barely even remember them.” She explained to him.
He was about to tell her about his wife, but then the teenage princess (the one that turns 17) walked up and introduced her and her best friend. (Who also happened to be a princess)
“Hello, lukas I presume. Now I hope I’m not interrupting anything.” the princess said.
“But this is my best friend leia.”
“Princess leia.” explained the princess.
“Hi, my name is princess leia, and i’m this princess’s best friend so you better treat me nice!!” princess leia When both princesses left, they had both agreed that princess leia was pretty rude, and then another song started, and then they started dancing again.
“When I look at you, I see a beautiful woman, and I want to marry you.”
“Wow, lukas, that’s a lot to take in for a girl.” She said.
“What’s your name?” Lukas asked her.
“My name, is Jennifer.” She replied .
“I know who you are,” She explained.
“I know, that you were a king and your wife died, and you left everything, to come here.” She said.
“Oh,” He sighed.
“I just wanted to start something new.” Maybe since, my wife died, it was a sign that I should try over.” he explained to her.
Jennifer was absolutely silent. She said nothing.
“I think that’s,”
“A stupid idea?” Lukas interrupted.
“A wonderful idea, it was a few years back and you want to start something new,”
“that’s great.” She announced to him.
“Thanks, so you think I should try it?” He asked her.
“Yeah! Go for it!!” She commanded.
“You’ve got nothing to lose.” She said.
“So um, I was actually wondering, if, you, wanted to, oh, I don’t know, go on a date with, me?” he asked.
“Yes, I would love to lukas.” She said.
“Great, how about, friday night?” he requested.
“Yeah sure see you then, king lukas. She teased him.
Friday night 8:09pm
“Hey, fancy seeing you here. Jennifer joked.
“Sorry I’m late,” Lukas confessed.
“It’s fine, really.” Said Jennifer.
“You’re only 9 minutes late.” She said.
“Well, let’s go.” Lukas said.
Lukas and Jennifer went on a date, and mark was promised by lukas, that they would go hunting. So guess where mark was, HUNTING. Mark was really upset with Lukas when he got back.
Later at lucas’s house
“So, how was you’re date?!” exclaimed mark.
“Oh, it was, FANTASTIC!!” Said lukas with excitement.
“Well guess what I was doing because of our promise!” Said mark.
“Oh no, were you, hunting?!” Asked lukas surprised.
“Yeah!” Because you promised me!!!!” Said mark in anger.
“Mark!, I called you last night and told you I wasn’t coming because I had a date with Jennifer!” explained lukas.
“You did?” MArk said confused.
“Well I sent a message because you didn’t answer the phone!” Lukas demanded.
(Mark is listening to his messages.)
“Hey mark, it’s lukas. I know it’s late but I just wanted to let you know I’m not going to be able to go hunting with you tomorrow night because I have a date with Jennifer. So sorry, bye.”
“Oh, you meant that message that I just heard?” Asked mark.
“Yeah.” Lukas answered.
“Sorry I accused you of ditching me.” Confessed mark
“It’s cool. And sorry that I canceled on our hunting trip.” Said lukas.
“It’s ok, so are we buds again?” asked mark.
“No, we’re best buds.” He said.
Mark and Lukas became best friends and they then went hunting to make it up to Mark.
18 Weeks later
Lukas asked Jennifer to a fancy restaurant just 2 hours away from where harvey lives, but I think it was worth the drive.
“Why did you make me drive all the way here? I got car sick!” exclaimed Jennifer.
“Well I wanted you to remember this night as a special one.” explained Lukas.
“I want to ask you a question.” Said Lukas.
“What is it?” Asked Jennifer.
Lukas got down on one knee, and said:
“Jennifer, will you marry me?” Said Lukas.
“Oh my gosh!” Said Jennifer.
“YES!!” Jennifer screamed.
Everyone in the restaurant applauded with excitement. That night, they went to Mark’s house to tell him the good news. Mark was happy for them but also a little sad about this, because Mark actually liked Jennifer, so he was a little upset that they were going to get married.
“Congratulations.” Said mark in a sad way.
“What’s wrong?” Jennifer asked.
“Huh?, oh, it’s nothin’ . He sighed
“Well you’ll feel better when you get some sleep.” Lukas commented.
“Ok.” Said Mark.
Jennifer & Lukas’s Wedding
“Hey Mark! So glad you could make it.”
“Ah, I’d never miss my best friend’s wedding!”
“Thanks”
So they had the ceremony, and got married and that night for their honeymoon they packed everything and went to the kings old castle!! Everyone was happy to see the kings return with his new wife. It was a very joyous time.
“Welcome back king Lukas! Your new wife is lovely!” Said the guard.
“Thank You, and yes, she is.” Said Lukas.
So the king settled back into where he was (king) and the whole town was without worry because their king was back to his job with his new wife Jennifer, and she was a really good queen. Everyone treated her with dignity and respect just like their king.
“Wait, said Lukas, I want to bring my friend Mark back as a cook. It’s always been his dream!” Said lukas with excitement. And he sent 2 guards to help him pack and move here!
At mark’s house later on
“Hey! What’s going on?!” Mark shouted confusingly.
“King Lukas has sent us 2 guards to help you pack and move into the castle with him, Jennifer, and all the king’s staff. He has fired his cook, and you will be his new one.” Explained the one guard.
“Oh, really?!” Said Mark excitedly.
“Affirmative.” Said the second guard.
So the guards helped Mark pack and move to the castle and they all lived happily ever after.

On Monday we observed veterans day, the real veterans day was on sunday. We honor Veterans because they fight for our freedom. Them and their families make the sacrifice knowing that they could die so we can live and have freedom. I have two uncles that serve. They love their job because they know we are able to live without fear. That’s why we celebrate Veterans day.

This weekend, Me and my friends from church are going to my friends birthday party. We’re going to go to Slick Willy’s. We’re going on the go carts that go 50 mph. Then after that, we’re to the works which is right near there. At the works we’re going to the arcade to play games. After, we’ll go to her house, eat pizza and chips and soda, then we’ll have a nerf gun fight with her brother, and then I’m going to have a sleepover. It’s gonna be awesome!!
What Is Peace? Well, peace is something that you have when there is no war, when everybody is calm, and has control. It is freedom from something bad. In peace, there is no trouble or worry.
Peace is a very good feeling to have. It’s great to have peace with people rather than frustration and anger with them. Peace is something everyone should have. If we had peace with Everybody, then we wouldn’t have war. It would be wonderful. That is what peace means to me.
