Reba Jo knew she should have turned back because her daddy told her to stay away from the arroyos because a prairie storm can blow in faster than a rattlesnake’s strike causing a flash flood to rip through the riverbed. Knocking anything and anyone out of it’s way. Just then she saw a vulture all fat and sassy sitting on top of a well. The well was just daring her to throw her lasso around his neck.
