Reflection is such an important skill. The earlier you learn to reflect in your life the more natural it will become. That’s why it is so important to start making reflection a daily, weekly, monthly routine. We always want to strive to be the best self we can be, it not only benefits us but those around us.

So, how did your week go? Did you make your goal? Write a blog post reflecting on this week.

  • Remind everyone what your goal was for this week.
  • Did you make your goal?
  • Why did or didn’t you meet your goal?
  • How did you measure whether or not you met your goal?
  • How did reaching/not reaching your goal make you feel?
  • What are your next steps?

Remember, we don’t always succeed in our first attempts when making a goal and that is alright. The most important thing is to recognize where we went wrong, rethink a plan on how to reach that goal, and move forward.
