Field Trip!

Hello Families!

Tuesday November 26, 2019 is our field trip to the Camden Aquarium!

Below is ALL of the information that you need for this exciting opportunity!

We will be leaving Blue Ball around 9:15AM and arriving back to Blue Ball around 4:30PM. This means that your child can take their normal mode of transportation to school in the morning. However, your child will need to be picked up at 4:30 from Blue Ball. Thank you so much in advance for being prompt with pick-up to make the afternoon as smooth a transition as possible.

Please see the information below for specific details about the trip:

  • Students need to bring a brown paper bag lunch-all items MUST be disposable-NO glass.
    • A form will be sent home if you receive lunch through the school and would like     your lunch provided.
  • No bags/backpacks-we will not be permitting students to bring any bags into the aquarium. All items left on the bus are not the responsibility of Blue Ball Elementary, teachers, or chaperones.
    • If you bring a backpack or cell phone to school, it can be left in the classrooms until we return-we will be able  to get back into the building after the trip.
  • NO MONEY-we will not be visiting any gift shop and will will not be purchasing any food on the trip.
  • No toys of any kind permitted on the field trip (tech decks are popular now-not permitted)
  • NO CELL PHONES permitted on the trip for any reason.
  • Digital cameras/disposable cameras are OK-we are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, etc.
  • Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes as we will be walking a lot.

Please email with any additional questions!
