Hi boys and girls,

This week we are looking into healthy eating and exercise habits. For me, I make sure that I eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and proteins and limit carbs and sweets to make sure that I am feeding my body to FUEL it. I also make sure that I exercise for at least 30 minutes a day to keep my body moving. This week, create a blog post that explains how you keep yourself healthy. If you can’t think of anything, come up with some ideas on how you can make healthier decisions!
