We have been reading books about visiting a zoo, and learning about individual animals and their habitats. Everyone is getting VERY excited about our upcoming visit to the Philadelphia Zoo. Brecknock Day of Service
Our Brecknock Day of Service is next Friday March 30th. THANK YOU for the many items you have already sent in. Our box is full with cake mixes, iciing, party bags, crepe paper, birthday banners, and much more. Your generosity is appreciated! The children are looking forward to taking the items down to the lobby tomorrow to add to the other classes to see all we have collected. We will be collecting until March 30th please continue to send in items of your choice. Please click on the Day of Service Letter to see lists for posible donation items.
On the actual Day of Service we will be making birthday cards to send to the charity ” Who Cares Pa”. The volunteers at this organization will see that our birthday cards get to children in need.

What is an RSS Feed?
Are you interested in getting email updates about new posts on my blog? In the recent parent survey that I sent home I discovered that many of you are not familiar with RSS, but would like more information. I use RSS feeds to get updates on blogs that I follow and find them to be helpful because I get an email to notify me that a new post has been made.
