how did my eating habits chang?

Mine didn’t really change they I just kinda started to look at the labels instead of not looking at all. I just look at how many calories are in a serving. i don’t really take it into consideration though. I just read it to say “oh that’s a lot” or “cool this isn’t really that bad after all”. but I liked the article because I didn’t know how much salt was in sertanthings, and that there was salt in things like serial.
