What I Do To Keep Myself Healthy

Every dinner we have one or two vegetables.I also eat healthy snacks most of the time like apples. I walk around my block with my dog a lot and that helps, if i’m not doing that i’m riding our indoor bike. My family also doesn’t eat fast food that often which helps. And if we do it is only like once every 2 months. I also don’t like a lot of chip and I can’t eat cereal in the morning ever. and when we have pizza it is when we are eating at like 9:00. and we cant make anthing so it is kinda like a last resort. meaning that we don’t have it often.
