Snowmobiling is my favorite activity. I think this because you get to see a lot of wildlife in the winter. Also, you have fun seeing what birds there are in the trees. I think the best part is going fast with my Dad.

There are trails in PA that I have been on And I have been on ones in Vermont with my great Aunt and Uncle. When you are riding the trails you need a helmet, gloves, warm boots, facemask, snow pants,and a warm jacket. Along with snowmobiling I like making a snowman at the motel when we are not riding. On one trail we saw the state bird, the Ruffled Grouse, and we did not even know it was the state bird. I liked seeing the mountains and the forests, and how the terrain was shaped.

I remember seeing deer and a turkey. They were not scared because they probably have seen other people snowmobiling before us. We also had good family time when we were riding. As you can see My favorite outdoor activity is snowmobiling.

The quote it “The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” From Thomas Edison. I think it means to keep trying over and over again than giving up. It is important because you will learn from mistakes that you made. The reason why Mr staub chose it is that He wants you to try that not trying on something. I am going to use it to get something right on something that i got wrong.

My teacher gave me an assignment to do. It was about making a new product. My group’s product was a prank that would scare people when they grabbed a tissue to blow their nose. But when they grabbed it they could jump or scream or something else.

First when we were finding groups to collaborate with. We needed 3 people in total for each group. I got paired with Noah and Victor. After that we shared what we wanted to do and how to to make it.

Then we needed to think of a product design. First I shared my idea and I wanted to do shoes that go up and down. Victor wanted to do something with electronics and other electric things. Noah wanted to do something with wood-work. So we started thinking, then Noah thought of a foldable end table, but it was too expensive, so we thought of a bobsled with steering but that was too expensive because a bobsled was $83 dollars. After we had a idea for a prank.

When we were researching to find our pieces to put it together. First we found a 72 pack of toy spiders for $4.29, then we found a 200 pack for $5.99. Shortly after, we found some tape for $11.39 and it was a 12 pack. Then we found a tissue box for $3.49. Finally, we made our product and tricked a few people.

Do you know what calculus is? Calculus is a branch of mathematics that helps you by doing a random question that you need to figure out for homework or another thing. Calculus is basically a shortcut or an easy way once you learn it. Calculus is a part of math that is used in complex algorithm for certain jobs.

What are the basics of calculus?

There is two goals in calculus. 1 Find the tangent. 2 find the area under the slope. Also, The closer you move the other point to the starting point the better it gets. If the secant and the tangent get close enuff it is the same thing. Don’t make a point another point by putting them in the same place.

It is a way for us to construct relatively simple quantitative models of change, and to deduce their consequences. It is a shortcut for math than using asymptotes of rational functions to calculate the slope.

Why do we study calculus?

Because It provides a way for us to construct relatively simple models of change. Also, to deduce their consciences. Because calculus is the study of how things change. It provide a framework for modeling systems in how there is change. Also, a way to deduce the predictions of models.

One day in minecraft a player just started his new minecraft world and first he started chopping trees and attempted to make his new house, later it started to turn to night. Then he went to get some sheep quickly for a bed. The next day in minecraft he found a cave and went into there later he found a big green thing or a creeper, so he tried approaching it then it flashed 2 times then BOOM he died, After he respawned next to his bed then he got mad at the creeper so he went back to kill it but it wasn’t there so he went deeper then he found coal, after found a skeleton so he approached it then he got shot with an arrow after he got mad, so he killed it. Later he went back up to his house and he slept for awhile. The next minecraft day he went into the cave and found a mineshaft, later he found iron, lapiz, redstone. After coming back up he found a another creeper and he tried to kill it but it flashed 2 times again, then BOOM he died again and respawned.

After he respawned he started upgrading his house but creepers kept blowing his house up because it was night and because all of the creepers were mad at him because he killed 2 of their friends, so our player started making his house out of obsidian so his house would not explode, after the creepers started trying to climb up the house and enter through the balcony, After he went to bed. later during the night the creepers snuck in and blue up his house. The next day in minecraft our play was going crazy trying to fix his stuff because the creepers made a big gaping hole in his wall, later that day he found a creeper hideout and let off some TNT to make the creepers go crazy. So, when the creepers found out that it was him, they rushed over to his house to blow it up, but the door was locked, so they left. Later, our player called his buddy to join and so they could play together. After, on that minecraft day they went to find diamonds together, Then right after they found diamonds they saw a creeper so they tried to kill it but it flashed 2 times then BOOM, they both died, Shortly after they respawned and went to find there only diamonds, Later they found it and went home, Then they went to bed.

The next day in minecraft, They both decided to make a bigger house for both of them. Later that day they crafted some iron armor and enchanted it with blast protection so they could survive against the creeper explosions. After, they went to the cavern right next to there house, and they fought a creeper and destroyed it. But, they did not know that there where more creepers hiding in the bushes above ground  while they were  underground, so the creepers blowed up the inside of there house again. But, this time they heard the explosions so right before all the creepers exploded they kill all of them, after they caught their breath.

I am going to tell you about my winter break and what I did. First my aunt and uncle came down from new york city. then on christmas morning we opened all of our presents and we played with them after. Then me and my mom went over to my great grandparents’ house and I got a big Joe witch is a bean bag chair. after that I played with my cousin josh and we played mini pool and UNO. Then we went back to my grandparents’ house and watch my other cousins open their presents. on new year’s day we watched the ball drop and stayed in till 1:10 in the morning.

My favorite part was opening presents and see all of my cousins on christmas day. Because you get to talk with them and play games with them. As you can see I had a lot of fun over christmas break.

Have you ever went to florida? because I have and I had a lot of fun. This story is about the time I went to florida with my mom and dad. At first I thought that I would not like it but I did like it.

It was the summer and we just hopped on the plane to get to florida. It was also nice and warm but not too busy. Me, my mom and dad were thinking that we would not have a good time.

The flight was 3 hours and it took us 30 minutes to get to the airport, we also waited 45 minutes to get on the plane. then we checked out the neighborhood, after we went to bed. Plus we rented a car so we could go faster. The next day we went to the pool after, we went to lunch, Then we checked out the water park and there were 10 slides and a pool, then we watched TV for awhile after we had dinner and went to bed. then we went to the store to get water bottles, after lunch.  Then we went to dinner, we watched TV, then we went to bed to get rested for disney.

The next day, I woke up and got ready for disney, we had lunch then left, We parked there and got out and walked into the front. then we rode all the rides and had a blast, my favorite was the one that you would get wet. After we rode that 11 times we watched the parade , then went to bed.

The next day, we went to the pool, then we checked out the water park one more time, after we went to the pool again and I did some back-flips front-flips in the water and had some fun, when we were done we went to our room and went to bed. The next day, we went to the water park and went down the slides 10 times each and had aA lot of fun. After we went to our room and watched TV. Then I went to bed, The next day, we woke up early to get packed up. after we went to the airport and waited 15 minutes , Then we dropped off the car, after we had a 3 hour flight home.

As you can see, I enjoyed being there and going to disney. Also I learned to tay with my family, so I would not get lost. I had A lot of fun when I was there!

You will be learning about veterans day today. Veteran’s day happens on the November 11 every year. also the military has five branches witch are the army, air force, vavy, coast guard, and the marines, they all serve our country and protect it. Our flag has 6 red stripes and 7 white stripes., and fifty stars. those are some facts about veteran’s day.

So far 4th grade has been great this year my favorite subject is math and i learned how to do partial product multiplication. I like to have gym and play different games during this quarter of the year. Also, I like typing on the computer and typing stories on the computer. I have fun at the class meeting at the end of the day and i have fun at colabertive in ELA. I had fun playing settlers of catan at the end of the day last friday.

I am excited for our field trip later this year, I think it is in the 3rd or 4th quarter of the year. I am also excited about doing harder things in math this year. also I am excited for learning more stuff about my blog and typing more things on this blog. As you can see I am excited about many things and what i have learned so far.

I am going to tell you about soccer. soccer is a sport that is only played with your feet but if you are the goalkeeper you can use both your hands and feet. Also, one rule is offsides witch is when you are on the other teams half of the field and you are pats the three defenders. and don’t have the ball, the referee will call that a indirect kick. A direct kick is when a person touches the ball with his or her hands. Each player must have a different  number so the players won’t get confused when the referee calls there number, each player can not pick their own number. As you can see soccer has a lot of facts about it.
