Poverty is one this, but selling bad food to a poor person is another. If someone is homeless and receives 2 dollars and goes to the store and buys food that is rotten, they will get sick and that will just make their life worse then before they got the 2 dollars. Something in this article that was interesting was, “What the scientists found was not good. The food is often rotten. It is full of germs. Eating this food can make people sick.The customers agree. Rodney Jenkins ate bad fruit from a corner store. He got sick. He worries about giving bad food to his children.” This shows that people are wasting money on rotten food that is just gonna make them worse than before. The government should shut down these stores and have them putout real food or maybe just samples each day, like 3 samples per day.
