How important is the traditional family structure (such as mother, father, and two kids under the same roof) in today’s society?

The traditional family structure is probably still important but not as important as it once was. This is because I feel as though nowadays, while there are still people who heavily fall back on tradition, there are those who break away from tradition, whether it’s purposeful or not. So the tradition probably means something special to some people while not so much to others. Not even just that, but I feel like people get by just fine without the traditional family structure, as long as there is any family structure in general, that’s what matters. Therefore, overall, structure in general is what has an impact, whether it’s considered “traditional” or not.
