Independent Novel: Update

This quarter, I read A Woman of No Importance: The Untold Story of the American Spy Who Helped Win World War II by Sonia Purnell. Overall, it was a very interesting book. It gave a glimpse into the life of a spy, and the struggles and risks that come with it. Virginia Hall, the woman the story is about, was an amazing role model in the uncover community. She created many networks throughout France and even found and identified air strikes and undercover weaponry. Hall even had a bounty placed on her, but with her master stealth, was never caught and lived the rest of her life as a spy. The most interesting part about this book was that the author showed a map, code names, and field names that all involved Virginia. All in all, i definitely recommend this book to anyone who is largely interested in history and mostly unknown situations.

For my book project, I will be creating a playlist.
