What are some kind things you can do to help yourself on those difficult days?

There’s a list of things you could do to help you on a bad day. You could go outside and breath fresh air that helps me have a better day. You could drink water to regain your strength or food. Here’s a list: take a shower, do an exercise spend time with your family. If you have a pet that can encopiny you, play with your friends. Hang out with somebody you don’t hang out with much. For me getting up and going to school I hate but I can read my bible in the morning to get my mind ready for the day.
