So in purvis blog post(What I Want To Be When I Grow Up) I have written about what I want to be when I grow up. I wrote about being a kindergarten teacher. But recently I took a PA career zone survey and, one of the top things on my list was being a teacher.  So I have been thinking I want to be a preschool teacher. I think that it would be a good experience for me. I think that I have said this  before I have have 5 younger siblings.  I have always loved to help them. So I think that it would be a good experience. some  questions I have to answer is, Why do you want to go into this profession? I want this profession because I like working with younger kids. I like to see younger kids grow and/or make progress.What skills or qualities do you have that would make you good for this profession? I am kind. I think if I am kind hopefully they will be kind. If I show them this I think that they will be kind to others. Another skill that I have would be helping little kids. I like helping little kids. I like to see them grow and/or make progress in school. One more skill that I have would be teaching. I am good at teaching. I will plan fun and exciting activities for them. I will plan things that best fits the needs of my students. What does someone in this profession have to do? everyday I will come in and do paperwork until my students come in. Then I will greet them and I will give them something to do while they are waiting for other kids to come in. then I will teach them. I don’t know that much stuff yet so I don’t know when there lunch will be so it is not as detailed.  What are the responsibilities? some of the responsibilities would be, keeping them safe. another responsibility would be to teach them. What would your day to day schedule be like in this profession? I think that my day would be really busy. Depending where I am I think that I can be really busy. like if I am with little kids I think that will be a lot of work. If I have 4-5 year old’s it might be a little more better. What challenges do you see in this? I don’t think that there will be that much of challenges. I think that it might get a little getting used to but I think that I can get better. Another challenge would be that kids might be mean to each other and I am dealing with something else. But overall I think that it might  not be that hard.
