Work…hard

The word that I chose was work. I chose work because I want to work hard to get a 5:45 in my 500 free. I also want to work hard to stay healthy. Staying healthy also has to do with swimming because I can’t eat a lot of sugar before meets or else I won’t do very well. That is why I chose the word work.
