Rocks are fascinating. Rocks and minerals are made from tiny specimens. The most expensive mineral is a diamond. diamonds are the hardest thing in the world. A single 20 caret diamond is probably worth $1,500. Diamonds are found in the continents of North  and south America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe. Now lets move on.

The softest rock in the world is talc. Talc is so soft that you could crumble it with your finger. Talc is from, America and Asia. The second most softest rock is calcite. Calcite is sort of like quartz but softer. Calcite is found in every continent in the world.

The most common rock in the world is gneiss. Gneiss is wavy and is found everywhere. Gneiss is right at the earth’s surface. Another common rock is marble. Marble is used in many ways, such as, counters, building(s) and landscaping.

The most expensive METAL is titanium. Titanium is very strong. Titanium is used for stuff like golf clubs, tanks and some other crazy things.

There is other precious metals and minerals like periot, emerald, gold, silver, Sapphire, azurite, quartz, malachite, fluorite, amythyst, ruby, garnet, opal, pearls, topaz, bronze, copper, beryl, pyrite, agate, geodes, citrine, celsite, tigers eye, tourmaline, Iceland spar, rose quartz, smoky quartz, selenite and many more specimen.
