We are going to have a short science quiz on Friday.  The quiz will be on the scientific method.  The students were given each a study guide to help them study for the test.  Also if they go onto Blue Ball Elementary webpage and click on Teacher Pages.  They can access under Mrs. Landis’s page science resources to help them study for the quiz.  I hope all of your children are enjoying their year so far.  We are having a blast!  I have added the link to this webpage.  Just click on the link under Bookmarks on the right side of the blog page titled Science Resources.

Today we had a great day in science.  Each student was given 10 pieces of popcorn.  We predicted how many we could catch in our mouths.  We then recorded the actual number of pieces caught.  Tomorrow we will be sharing our data with the class and recording our results on a bar graph.

Reminder that tomorrow is a Spelling Test for my Reading students.  We will have Spelling Test every Friday unless we are not in school on Friday. If we are not in school on a Friday the test will either be on that Thursday or the following Monday.
