My families thanksgiving traditions

My family and I go into our good clothes, and wait for my older brother, his fiance, baby, my moms brother and sisters, and two of my dads brother and sisters to arrive. While we wait, we get all of the good foods that we eat out and ready.

We have stuffing, turkey, corn, Mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole. Most of the time we have all of that stuff, but maybe not all of it, because we usually have ten things there to eat. My personal favorites are the green bean casserole because how my family makes it is amazing. I also love all the stuff but one of my first ever favorites are the stuffing and the mashed potatoes and turkey because THERE ALL SO GOOD!!

Once everyone gets there, we unpack the food they bring and talk for awhile. (well not me cuz i’m an unsocial little bean.) After we have some fun and talk, eat, and play board games, It’s time to go black Friday shopping! Yes, we go on thanksgiving day, with all 10 people that come but it’s always a blast! We all go in seperate cars and families, (Sometimes we have to put like 5-8 people in one car, cuz there’s so many people there!) When we get there, we all go inside and all have a blast shopping. After that we all go home and we say what we are thankful for. I usually say…

“I am thankful for all my family, pets, and the food we have here since my family makes the best food.”

After we go in a circle then we hang around for a while and do board games, and talk. After everyone leaves we clean up, and by the time they leave its like 4-5 ish but we all just clean up and relax.

That’s my thanksgiving, see you next blogging time!
