One day in 2050 the first scientist made a time machine of course the government bought this time machine for $2,500,000,000. Barney and Elmo decided to use this time machine to go to the roman empire to steal gold they could become rich. So on 3/7/2050 at 2:30 PM EST they went back in time once they got there they where in the middle of a meadow. They went to the main bank in the empire that had all of the government’s money and tried to find out the best way to break in. Then Barney had a great idea of just dancing and distracting the guards while Elmo robs the bank. The day came Barney and Elmo where ready to rob the bank. Barney went first to start dancing and singing to distract the guards then elmo ran towards the doors to the money. This time Elmo backstabbed Barney by running away with the money but barney chased him down. Barney catched up to elmo and knocked him down but then they where caught by roman guards and they where sentenced to a duel to the death. Elmo and Barney would have to fight again once friends now enemies. Elmo and Barney where suited up with a sword and some armor they where released to the arena and they fault Barney started with the upper hand but Elmo used his martial arts skills to knock down Barney, Elmo raised his sword and the sword was pointed down and then Barney said no and Elmo smiled and…
Wow, Nick! This is an intense climax to your story! I kind of like how it ended on a cliffhanger. I’m curious how Elmo and Barney were feeling in this moment.
This was a very interesting cliffhanger, I like how when Elmo left with the money thinking he could get away from Barney when Barney actually chased him down. I wonder why the first thing Barney though of doing was dancing and singing to distract them and not do something like hes gonna go rob a store.
