Barney ran for russia while elmo ran for the united states. Elmo became the president of the united states while barney became the president of russia and barney made russia the U.S.S.R. Elmo did not like the communist uprising and threatened to declare war on the U.S.S.R barney did not bother stopping. Elmo declared war on the U.S.S.R but quickly NATO joined in it was now the U.S.S.R vs NATO. NATO started taking over the U.S.S.R in 3 years U.S.S.R was gone world war 3 ended. The U.S.S.R quickly joined NATO and the united states and the U.S.S.R became friends and barney and elmo became friends as well. COMMENT FOR PART 4.
