Moving onto October the challenge this month will focus on the letter “i” in lifestyle.  How are you going to enhance your lifestyle this year?  The words to focus on this month are interval training and increase your water intake.  Please refer to the October newsletter for full details about the challenge.

The last full month of school is here- amazing how fast time does fly!

Our last wellness challenge is here.  We have just about reached our final destination – Wellville

Those of you who have met every challenge will be recognized at our opening in service day.  You will also be given a reward for all of your hard work at this time.
