Welcome to February!
This month, our focus will be on our hearts and how we can keep them happy. I hope you have settled in to the new year and are back in a routine. At times, I do not think we appreciate what an incredible organ the heart is. By creating this challenge, it is my hope that you realize how much better you will feel by adding a little bit of cardio into your daily life. I also want you to realize how special doing a small gesture for others feels to both you and the recipient. We all have busy schedules and life becomes hectic at times. The days are starting to get longer, so take advantage of that and get outside for some fresh air and cardio. Your heart will become more efficient, and you will feel better. Mix in the heart healthy food and posting kind words about others and your heart will be smiling.
