As we begin the year 2024, I would like the challenge to inspire you to become healthier in whatever way you choose. I have created a challenge for this month that will give you the ability to do that. Focus on the list that you will be creating and put it in a place where you can reference it often throughout this next year. Reflect back on 2023 and create the list moving forward into 2024.
