Pathways2Success Internship Program

The Pathways2Success Internship program allows students to gain experience in a career field of interest that will most likely become a field of study in a post-secondary school setting.  Through this experience, students will learn career-specific skills, work habits, appropriate working attitudes, company cultures, gain an understanding of the various jobs in a specific industry, and stimulate continued interest in further education.  Each Internship student is assessed on their field experience through site visits by the Pathways Coordinator, frequent communication, and assessments with the student’s supervisor, and through online class assignments.  The ultimate goal of the internship is to provide meaningful job placement in the industry the student plans to study through post-secondary education.

Employers who are looking to learn more about the Internship Program, the role of the intern and mentor, and the requirements of the program should visit the For Employers page or contact Jill Hackman (
