You can purchase tickets at the door. However, if you want to receive a 50 cent discount, please submit the order form that your child brought home last week. If you need a new form, feel free to email me or send a note in with your child. Adult tickets are $8.00 at the door or  $7.50 if you order them prior to the event. Children ages 4- 6th grade are $5.00 at the door or $4.50 prior to the event. Children under the age of 4 are free.

The PTO will have their normal basket raffle that evening. Our class is putting together an ice cream basket. Feel free to donate some items for the basket or send in money for us to purchase items for the basket. Lori Thompson will be the one putting our basket together. If you send in items, I will make sure the items get to her. If you would rather send in money, please send it in an envelope labeled, “Lori Thompson, Ice Cream Basket.”

Thanks in advance!

I’m sure you have all heard by now, but…

I am sure you have all heard that our family is currently expecting twins! My expected due date is sometime in July. I just wanted to reiterate that this will not affect my current students at all. I plan on finishing the school year. The kiddos were very excited today when they found out. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Valentine’s Day Celebration

We cannot wait for our Valentine’s Day celebration on February 14th! Yesterday, the students got a paper bag to decorate at home. They can decorate the bag however they would like! However, please make sure that their name is easily visible. This is how we will hand out Valentine’s day cards. Your child may return their bag as soon as they finish decorating it. I would like all bags returned no later than Monday, February 13th.

Just a reminder, if your child would like to make Valentine’s, they must make them for the whole class. A class list went home last week. If you need a new list, please email me or send in a note with your child. If your child would like to bring in their Valentine cards early, I would be more than happy to store them in the classroom.

We will be having a small celebration at the end of the day. If you are willing to donate something for our party, please check out this link to sign up.  Valentine’s Day Sign Up
