Hello, my name is Jesse Rohrbaugh.  I am a 4th grade teacher at Brecknock Elementary School. In May of 2018, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Penn State University with a major in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  I also received a minor in Special Education. This will be my 1st year teaching at Brecknock Elementary School. A native of the district, I am excited and grateful to have the opportunity to learn and grow along with all of the students this year.
