Eleven

After reading the passage, Eleven, explain why the author does not like being age 11.  If you could choose any age to be, what would it be and why?

In the passage Eleven, the author doesn’t like being the age of eleven, because she states that you are all of the ages. One two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and eleven. For example the author said that when you are sad you feel three because you want to sit in your mother’s lap and cry. When you are mad you feel five and throw a temper-tantrum, or when you wonder what people think of you that is the part where you still feel ten. The author also states that when you do turn eleven you don’t feel eleven, you still feel ten. When you wake up on your birthday you don’t feel like how you should… eleven. I feel the exact same way. Whenever I wake up on February 22nd (my birthday) I don’t feel the age I should, it happens every single year. Comment if you feel the same way. Anyways, if I could choose any age to be I would want to be 19, because I will be at Stanford University. When I am able to go to college I hope I will be going to Stanford University to get a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. When I am 19 I am also going to be a legal adult. When I am 19 I will be driving !! YAY !! Comment what age you want to be and why. I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know if you did. Happy Blogging !
