RJ Alterative Ending

I think instead of this ending, romeo and juliet should of told their parents that they got married. If they would’ve done this instead of killing themselves I think they would’ve lived a longer, better life.

Book Choice #2

I chose Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs I chose this book because I like fictional books. This book is also a movie and I’ve seen part of it and thought it was a good plot just a poor execution.

Book Project : Playlist

I chose Experience by Ludovico Einaudi to represent my book’s mood. This song is very deep even though there are no words. This song feels like a really bad day that turns into a good one. The prince has some really bad days that turn into a happy ending which is why this song really ties in well with A Curse So Dark and Lonely. Also when I read this book I can visualize a lot of things and this song can make you the visualize a lot and I feel as though it’s the perfect song for this book.

I chose Night Changes by One Direction because I think this song represents how in the matter of one thing changes the book completely. The prince is cursed and then he’s not which is a pretty big change to me and this song represents it well. This song just overall ties in well with the book’s ending. You can really relate this song to the book because the prince really does overgo a lot of change.

I chose People Are Strange by The Doors because It makes sense in a way. The tone of this song is similar to the book in my opinion. The lyrics “Faces look ugly when you’re alone” relates to the prince because of his curse. I really like the mood of this song and it just makes the book seem mysterious.

I chose Sparks by Coldplay because it’s a really pretty song and it really relates to the love part of the story, even though it’s a little bit on the sadder side it’s very beautiful. In my opinion it ties into the book because of the sadness of the song. It sets a mood for parts of the book that I found pretty sad.

Another song I chose, Young by Vacations. It’s also a very pretty song and it really makes you feel what the characters are feeling in my opinion. They are both pretty young as well so it is related to them in that way. The lyrics are very deep and the book is also very deep so it makes sense. It also sets another mood for the book and what the characters are thinking.

Lastly I chose Freaks by Surf Curse because I think it really gives you a glimpse into the prince’s mind. I feel as though the lyrics are what he’s thinking about himself. He probably thinks he’s a freak because of his curse, and that’s what the song is mostly about.

Project Choice and Book Update #2

For my project I’m going to choose the playlist project. I really enjoyed my book I think it was a well written fictional story and it was very intriguing. It was a lot like beauty and the beast but darker than that. In the story the prince became obsessed with his beauty and was cursed to remain a beast until someone truly loved him. Finally someone came to wanting to love him but he didn’t believe her and casted her away.
