Below are some additional documents for reference as needed. For instance, if your son/daughter is going to be on site working and needs to take medication while here, you will need to complete the Medication Administration Consent Form and submit it to the school nurse. Always remember that the LMC is open daily 7:30a-2:30p daily, if your son/daughter needs support, as the PDF reminder indicates.
Lastly, to keep track of varying bell schedules at the secondary complex (i.e. Mii, early dismissal, etc.) as well as delay schedules for inclement weather (2-hour, 3-hour, etc.), copies of the schedules are included as a PDF for your reference.
