The Iceman was a small, elderly man walking up a mountain. He was a very important person in his mid-40’s. He had many layers of clothes and had a fire-kit with him. Even though he had a fire-kit he did not have many weapons with him.

The Iceman, was walking in the Springtime but in very harsh wilderness. It was in Neolithic, South of the Alps. The Iceman was not a healthy man either. He had 3 diseases before he was murdered. The Iceman was hiking in bad conditions and was sick. Even though he had 3 diseases he still ate good. His last meal was deer meat and cereals(grains).

One thing we know about the Iceman’s death is he was murdered. They found a sharpened stone head in his left shoulder. They believe that the attacker had to have been behind the Iceman when he was sitting to rest. They don’t know who would have attacked him. They couldn’t find any evidence since the murder didn’t take any weapons from the Iceman.

Once the Iceman was murdered he died very quickly and was high in the mountains. He had shock, loss of blood, passed out and had lots of sweat. Right after all this happened he passed away. There was really no time for him to do anything because it happened so quickly.

Some things that they discovered when studying the Iceman were the hole in his head, the stone head in his shoulder, and he had a hand wound.
