For the last five weeks we have been reading stories with a “building theme”.  We’ve learned that we can build, animals can build, and tools that help us to build……..AND FINALLY IT WAS OUR TURN to build!!  The students all became architects and planned out their structures and what tools they needed.  Next, the kids chose their box.  After that the creating began!  The kids are REALLY proud of what they made AND I’m so proud of them for sharing materials, being creative, and collaborating with each other!

AND THE BEST PART WAS, they cleaned it all up with no complaint!  This is such a great group of kiddos!
