Red Ribbon Week!

Hello, it’s me again! And this blog post is about Red Ribbon week! Here was the question about Red Ribbon week. Why is it so important for schools to teach students about drugs and alcohol?  Can teachers really influence who you become later in life? Here’s my response for that. It is very important that schools teach students about the danger of drugs, and alcohol. This is because kids need to know from an early age that drugs, and too much alcohol is bad for you. Drugs can destroy your inner/outer body, change your personality, and can lead to death. But, alcohol can be bad too. I mean a beer or a wine or something isn’t always bad. It’s like sugar except you don’t really need it. If you over do it on the alcohol it can destroy your liver, and destroy your body. All these show what drugs, and abusing alcohol can do to your body. So it is important that they teach you about all this as early as the beginning  of elementary school, up to the end of high school, or maybe even farther.

Finally, yes, teachers can influence you become in later life, they do it pretty much everyday. If it wasn’t for teachers, or anybody that teaches anything, everybody would be about as smart as the cavemen. Parents count as teachers, because they teach you everyday things, and they help you enter the “real world”. So teachers can influence on who you become in later life. They aren’t in 100% control of your future, but they can influence it. Well, that’s the end of today’s post, hope you enjoyed reading it!

Nice post on red ribbon week. I wish you didn’t go all out on telling us what alcohol does to you. I think you got really off topic in your post.

Hello Reed! The answer to your question is actually all of them. There is no teacher that puts a better influence on me than another teacher, all of them try their hardest, and put a good influence on me!
