Student Blogging Challenge Week #3 Write A Poem About A Song Or Image

  Student Blogging Challenge Week #3

Water, water such peace and quiet it makes up our lives! Without it we would be nothing and in despair, and there wouldn’t be any such thing as air. Oh without we couldn’t make the drink that we drink daily. Without it we would be all faily! Love for it, have hope for it, and use it well, and not to waste because who wants to be in worse condition than rough paste! Now you guys try making your own poem on your blog and in a comment to this posy put the link to the poem, or just put a poem in a comment. Goodbye!!!!

Student Blogging Challenge Week #3 Write About What You Just Learned About Sharing Work

Student Blogging Challenge

Hello again everyone! You know me I’m your Eli and I just watched a video about sharing online work, and copyright laws and things like that. Well one thing I learned and is one of the main things they are trying to teach you is, if someone allows you to copy their online work you should credit them. Here’s some ways you can credit the creator, by saying their full name (if they want it to be mentioned, if they don’t do not.) Also by leaving a link or any kind of address to the website that it was created on so if someone clicks on it they know that you got it from them, and people know you’re actually crediting the creator.                            And here’s copyright rules, if you or anyone copies off of any kind of internet art or anything a person made on the internet it’s called copyright, that’s when the law comes in (well most of the time, but still don’t do it.) If the creator didn’t let you copy whatever they did, or didn’t want you doing it but you do it anyways and you say it’s yours is wrong. It’s technically stealing and the law if you’re mature will make you pay a fine, and maybe even prison time. So that’s why you don’t do it. To know if something is copyrighted or not most of the time it will have a symbol like this:©. And there is this thing called Creative Commons that looks like the same symbol but it has a more oval shaped circle, and it has two cc’s in it. And Creative Commons allows you to take the photo but with specific rules according to what the creator wants (and still credit him or her!) Like for example maybe the person lets you copy and edit the photo, but he or she won’t let you use it to make money like in commercials, or selling it. And if you break that rule without the creator’s permission it still counts as breaking copyright law. Well that’s all I learned from the video hoped the information I put about it from the video will help you, goodbye!!! P.S got the information from ttps://vimeo.com/22761533, see that example of crediting the creator,(please use it as well please!)
