The 2016 blizzard was HUGE and broke many records of blizzards and was really long. So here is what I did! I was inside watching TV bored wanting to play in the snow then my mom finally let me go outside during the blizzard and I had lots of fun.
And yes I went sledding I went sledding on a pretty huge and popular hill for sledding and it’s very near our house. I went sledding and I had to help people I got really tired but lots of snow and I went down fast and it was kind of like a rollar coaster.
And yes I was shoveling but only for a few minutes and my mom said I had to help my dad shovel the entire driveway until it was done then I could play. But my dad said I should go play because it is to hard and heavy for me. I ignored his advice two times because you don’t want to deal with my mom, but then the third time my dad says my mom doesn’t understand how hard it is to shovel lots of snow and then I went to go play.
And I played games like pretending to be in Antarctica and surviving, and also we had snowball war and games like that.

One day my mom was acting weird. I was at my house, and I kept asking her questions like, “ When is my soccer meet”, but she wouldn’t even look at me. First I saw police cars outside with a 3 detectives I’m like,”What is going on!” Next I realized that the family diamond was lost and those three detectives were named Mark, Benjamin, Elizabeth. At least that is what their name tags said. Then I noticed that my dad was nowhere to be found. Something really weird was going on, and I was going to find out. Then I went to ask the detectives what was happening. I was scared to ask the detectives, but I went anyway. After I thought I was brave enough, I went to ask the detectives if they had seen it and what was going on. They said they had found it in a video but they didn’t know who the the robber exactly was, but I knew that they were going to figure it out.

Then they were no help, the only thing they said is that they could not tell me because I was to young, and that it was grown up stuff. I was definitely old enough to know why everyone was acting so weird! Then the detectives saw that there was prints almost everywhere, then they realized that the diamond was stolen by someone in a black mask. They then figured that it was someone from our town.  Something was definitely going on, and the weird thing was that no one knew what it was. Everybody was outside checking out the police cars in our driveway, and the weirdest thing of all was that my mom was still inside sitting on the couch.

Then the detectives started moving to this place in an alleyway but they found no evidence there and for some reason one of the detectives quit and placed the hat on top of me and I guess he was lazy and gave me the job. Then the police hauled me to the airport and we saw this suspicious person on an international airport flight, that mean that he is trying to leave the country U.S.A. We caught the plane, but the bad thing is that the plane took off when we stepped on. There was no where to sit, because there were so many people on. We had to stand in the middle, and that is not safe. I can’t believe they let us! But then we landed at a different airport and my dad was running into the next gate for the next flight to California, San Francisco. I shouted “Dad!” but he just kept going. California flights were definitely not something that he would pay for, knowing him. But instead he ran to a bus and the bus was getting away without us but luckily for us the next bus is coming in just one minute, and the police officer took a picture of the bus so we could ask the bus driver if he would know where he was going. We showed it to him and he said he did not know where it was going, so we just had to take a cab to catch them. We saw him looking out the back window, then turning around and yelling something at the bus driver.

            And then we realized that he dropped the family diamond on the road but we weren’t so lucky because he had a kind of sharp kitchen knife and broke the window, jumped out grabbed the diamond and ran. Then he ran into this 5 star hotel and broke many things until he made it to the elevator. We were lucky that the policemen were in the car with us and called for backup. The police cars were bolting to us while he was going to a room, the highest one to be exact. We were all surrounding him, there was no way he was getting away. Until we saw him jump out the window of the highest floor, we thought he was crazy until we saw a bunch of people at the bottom holding a giant trampoline. Then we realized that my dad wasn’t alone and that they were actually going to sell the diamond and make lot’s of money so they can afford a base private jet and the flight to Spain. Then he made it to the area where he was going to sell it and amazingly he sold it so that means someone needs to go after him while the rest go after the diamond. But then we said we were going to send half of the police after the diamond and the rest after my father. I was going for my father because I wanted to know why he was stealing the diamond and why he and mom were acting so weird. I needed to know. I was so worried. I could not believe this so much, that I poured water on my head and then noticed that I was in my Bed! It was a dream all along. Or was it? I went downstairs and checked the area where the family diamond was it was there. But where was my father? I checked the news and saw that he was in court! But then I was wondering if that really was my father it was. And my mom finally said something to me and told me,”We have no time to watch TV we need to go to court. I guess while I was asleep the police caught him and got the diamond. My father finally walked in the door and said that he was sorry. He said that he was out of his mind and wanted more money for the family, so he sold it. We were disappointed, but still really glad he was home. But then I asked him what was he doing with those people, my dad said that those people were actually his friends and he promised them he would give each one some of the money of the diamond. And they all lived very happy with the family diamond the end.

Escape Into The Night Book Report

       Escape into the night looks pretty boring on the cover but it’s actually really good on the inside here is the golden rule about books. You can’t judge a book by the cover only by its inside. So here is my book report. The story starts of with these strange dogs sniffing for some kind of person or item in the late nighttime. Then the main character is this teenage girl that makes her aunt crazy. Then one day when her aunt gave up on her she moved from the Chicago mansion and went to live with her father on a boat called the Christina. P.S this book is from the 1800s so that’s why some things may seem different. And met this cabin boy named Caleb that seems to kind of hate her. Then Caleb saves this slave fugitive named Jordan that has a dream to lead blacks into freedom. Then the cruel slave owner of Jordan named Riggs is chasing after Caleb and Libby and Jordan especially Jordan with many other slave catchers. But then Jordan, Caleb, and Libby make it to the underground railroad (at least I think because it doesn’t say they’re on the boat anymore and they say there’s homes). P.S this is one of those 200 page chapter books and it’s a series so that’s why I will have to write a lot (I didn’t get to finish the book).

      Another P.S I only read one of the books from the series which is the first one and the first one is the one I’m talking about right now. They are going to different homes of Quakers they are people that believe in God and believe that everyone should be friends and they are friends with people no matter what skin tone. So that’s so far the amount of the story I read hope you think it was a pretty good report please comment on things I should improve on okay I’m done!

The Alaskan Pipeline

          I think the Alaskan Pipeline was a complicated project here is why.

• The oil in the pipeline had to go 800 miles.
• Harming one part of the environment could cause HUGE damage to other  BIG parts of the environment .
• The pipeline was costing millions.     

     I think the author was against the Alaskan Pipeline because he was saying how Alaska is a beautiful place and how they should stop doing that stuff and how it would harm the environment.

           When George was born he weighed 400 pounds and was 80 feet tall. His poor little mother and father had trouble getting him around and when he woke up he would cry and the forest was rained on. And when he ate breakfast he ate 3 dozen eggs and drank 60 gallons of water from the river. Then when he would stomp or run there would be a huge earthquake. But then one day the law said they should find a way to keep him always quiet or he will have to move somewhere else far. They found one way to always keep him quiet feed him his favorite cookie every 5 hours but the cookie was 10 feet tall so they had trouble keeping him from crying. So they took him far far away and his mother said,”I will miss you!!!” and she gave him her address so when he grows up he knows where to find them. And his dad gave him a goodbye cookie and and his axe and his memory book. Then they left with George’s mother crying. Then when they were out of sight the baby started sobbing and kept on sobbing for 4 weeks.

Then 20 years later he was no baby anymore he was a grown man and he saw the address where his parents lived and saw his dad’s memory book, and axe. But there was no goodbye cookie anymore 20 years ago he ate it. But when he saw how many miles away they lived he knew it was going to be a long trip. On the letter it said 650 miles away but he knew that man could go that far. He decided that he was going to walk 20 miles every day then rest and then walk another 20 miles and he estimated that it would take 32 days to get there. But he really wanted to make it there and see how his parents looked like 20 years later. But only one thing frightened him what if they died? Then he walked 9 miles he was tired but he knew he had to keep on going but then his eye caught something a 40 feet high dog. Then he went up to it and called it

Theodore .And when the dog saw George he ran up to him like george was his only friend ever.

Then after they walked 20 miles they were very, very tired. And then they fell asleep without a dinner.Then when they woke up and George realized they actually were 100 miles farther toward the place 31 days later they were 1 mile away from his aunt’s home then they found it and super happily George saw his aunt, and his aunt was super happy to see him too. But the dog barked and startled the aunt and he started digging up the entire garden and when he finished digging he created the biggest mine in the world ever.

Everyone was amazed at how big the mine was, that George was given some flint rocks to make fires. He knew they would help him stay warm during the rest of the trip. He used the flint rocks until there was no more of them. He then saw a top of a house through the trees. He started walking toward it, and when he got there his parents were outside. He would have stepped on them if they would not have yelled so loud. George was so happy to be home. His parents said they were happy he was home too. Then they lived happily ever after.

I Have A Dream…

I wish that their would be more equality around the world people around the world evil and I wish their would be better pay for women. And that people could end child slavery in other parts of the world. Around the world some parts of MLK’s dream came true but not all of it. Some people still think they’re better than blacks and put up the Confederacy flag that means slavery for blacks. And I mean what is wrong with blacks? Just because of different skin tones doesn’t mean you should make fun of them or give them less rights. Here is what is what part of MLK’s dream that DIDN’T come true. People thinking they’re better than blacks and making fun of them putting up slavery flags for the blacks that’s not right so I think that should be changed.

And now comes better pay I mean why do football players get more money than real heroes. Those real heroes are firemen, police officers actual people that save other people’s lives. Doctors, marine corps actual heroes that keep you safe and teach you how to keep yourself safe, and some sports player that does nothing but entertain you earns a lot more money that’s not fair at all.

And finally we need to end child slavery children are to young to be doing the manual labor. And adults shouldn’t have to do that very hard work either. Making them work in teared up buildings that would crush them and them only getting a quarter a week? That is insane! And them working in places that are very dangerous working from day to night earning barely anything? Not good you know how we can stop that? Enforcing people a lot better to stop doing that and then arrest the people that are enforcing the slaves to keep on working. So that is how we can improve on the world period.  

2015-2016 Winter Writing Prompt

Activities are very fun things to do there are many different types of things you can do as an activity for example listen to music ,play sports, play a random game, and lots more! But the one I would prefer is playing a game, here is why. When you are playing a game it can be anything it can be imaginary, or video games because that is a game, and it can be a game that’s already invented like tag, or a board game.

But the real one I would prefer would be a video game, here is why. In lots of video games you can friend people and make groups and with those groups you can play with your friends no matter what distance away! And normally you can see if your friend is online or offline. So the fun doesn’t have to end! And if you get bored of playing one game get another! There are lots of games that you can friend people on and sometimes the console that you are using can friend people so that is nice.      But this is off topic but I’m going to tell you if you got an idea off of this, take a 15 to 30 min breaks every so often so your eyes don’t hurt while you are playing. And just because it’s unhealthy to play video games for too long without a break.Okay back on topic video games are a great idea because you can play if it’s sunny outside or if it’s raining or snowing outside so you can do it basically all the time. Unless if the power went out.

This also works with the idea of computer games too. So thanks for reading hope this gave you an idea you and your friends could do, and you don’t need a group for this activity you can do all the playing yourself. But heads up some games are only single player so stay aware of that. But ask all your friends if they even have that game you have and if they have the same console so you can friend them. And try to get many friends so if you’re bored you have someone to play with and not everybody is offline. And heads up do not friend strangers you never know if they are hackers. Only friend people you know for your safety. That is m activity so there you have it enjoy :).

2016 Blog Goals

1. My blog goals for the years is that I’ll get more people seeing my blog and I’ll make better funnier stories, and I’ll try to communicate with people more.
2. The only story I wish I could change is the: On The Banks Of Kiwi Creek because it has some bad punctuation and it’s too short.
3. I would like to connect with a kid that likes my stories.
4. I would like to have them come from my best story and he/she talk to me as often as he/she can.
5. I can become a better communicator by commenting on blogs all around the world.
6. My favorite part about blogging last year is that (almost) everyone was trying their best to get some blog posts. And we got to comment all over the world!
7. Some areas I feel I could improve would be the way I make my stories maybe make them longer (this isn’t a story so don’t say in the comments you made up a blog goal!)
