Conference Letter

October21

Parents, please look for the following letter coming home today, 10/21, about conferences. Please take note of the bolded section in the letter.

October 2016

Dear Parents:

We believe that it is vital that you have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers concerning your child’s instructional performance. This year our District has reserved Thursday, Nov.10, noon to 7:00 PM and Friday, Nov. 11, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM for our fall parent-teacher conference days. School will not be in session on those days.

In order to provide the most flexibility in scheduling a time best for you, we will be using Sign Up Genius, an on-line
app to enable you to sign up for your preferred conference time this year. To schedule your meeting, please go to our school webpage http://bb.elanco.org/pages/Blue_Ball_Elementary_School

then click on “Nov 2016 Parent Teacher Conferences” under News on the right side.

Parents of Kindergarten through 4th grade or Multiple Disabilities Support class students, find your child’s Language Arts/Reading teacher name below, then click on her/his name or day to get to that teachers’ sign-up page.

Parents of 5th and 6th grade students, please refer to the attached paper to determine the teacher for your conference. Click on that teacher’s name to get to that teachers’ sign-up page.

If you do not have access to the Internet, please return the bottom portion of the back side of this letter to school with your child.

Thank you.
