How Do You Turn Wood Into Paper

how do you turn wood paper. You have probably looked at a tree for hours and still not know the way you turn wood into paper. It is a very interesting process starting at the fiber cellulose which you find in a tree. The cellulose  fibers are stuck together with a natural glue called lignin. Which then has to be removed and then the cellulose fibers are separated and reorganized and then paper can be made. But the paper has to made into pulp, pulp Wood pulp  is a watery “soup” of cellulose wood fibers, lignin  water, and other chemicals used during the pulping process. After that they bleach the pulp by using a variety of different chemicals to get the color the want.Because the pulp is so watery  almost going up to 99 percent water they then separate the cellulose fibers from the watery mixture. Then huge machines spray the mixture onto moving mesh screens to make it layered. Then it goes through very many possess to remove water and dry it out. Finally the mat goes through heated rollers to get out any of the remaining water and the they compress it to a continuous  roll of paper that can be up to 30 feet wide. They can then add any extras to make it all different types of paper.
