1. Literal-

- An example of explicit text would be directions or a recipe.
- The word “explicit” is derived from Latin.
- Explicitly is an adverb.
- An explicit statement would be found in the tone of someone’s voice.
5. Implicit
- Someone’s emotions can be implicit in writing.
- Implicit is a verb.
- A way something can be implicitly shared is through tone and body language.
- An example of something being implicitly shared would be a dirty look.
6. Draw Conclusion
- The opposite of drawing a conclusion would be to begin.
- Drawing a conclusion can be made from an implicit statement.
- Drawing a conclusion is the synonym of determine.
- A key component of a summary would be a conclusion.
