Brook Trout Week 20

In Mrs. Whitson 2nd grade class the trout are still called fingerlings.  They are healthy but still a little fat.  They are also different colors.  We have 159 trout today.  Some of them are larger in length than the other ones.  As I said last week they have parr marks and you can now tell them apart. If the little trout down at the bottom die the bigger fatter ones at the top will eat them.  All of the ones at the when food comes into the tank they all fight to get the food.  Now they have about 20 bubble riders.  They are the ones who ride the bubble sin the tank.  That is what is happening in Mrs. Whitson’s 2nd grade class.
