Today was the first day we had to care for the eggs.  The eggs need to be turned a few times each day to keep the growing chicks from sticking to the inside of their shell. Sophia and Yami were the Egg Helpers.  They documented the time, classroom temperature and incubator temperature on a clipboard. They turned the eggs 2 times during the day. In the afternoon I put an egg turner in our incubator.  This machine will turn the eggs for us while we are all enjoying our Easter break.
