Hello, I’m Jenna Hoffsmith. This year will be my second year teaching in 2nd grade at Blue Ball Elementary. It is a special year of “seconds” for me! As I planned my classroom theme, I decided on “Super Heroes” because I truly believe that each student can individually and as a group achieve the best! I am very excited that many Public Libraries in the area have made it their theme as well with the saying “Every hero has a story”. I am truly excited and blessed to be apart of your son and/or daughter’s “super” story and look forward to a great year in 2nd grade.

I earned my Undergraduate degree in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Millersville University. During my Undergraduate degree, I completed my student teaching at Blue Ball Elementary with one of them being in kindergarten. Therefore, I know many familiar faces in the upcoming second graders! My husband and I have been married for one year. In our free time, Mr. Hoffsmith and I love to run, read books and eat LOTS of ice cream.
