The Lemonade War
Got lemonade ? For the last couple weeks sixth and fifth grade have been in a war,a lemonade war ! In blue ball we are having a big read and the entire school is reading a book called lemonade war. Fith and sixth grade are selling lemonade to raise money for alex’s lemonade stand.

In my future I hope that my kids would be home schooled, because public school can be a little violent. I want twin boys and I want to adopt a girl. I will tell them many of my memories of their grandmother “Catherine m. Martin an amazing mother, Sister, daughter, and great friend”. I will tell them how their grandma suffered a six month battle of cancer.
I will work on learning how to say no, so I can keep them out of trouble. I will start 3 college funds ,one for each of them. I will start a bank account on my senior year of highschool. I will try to be a great mother, Like my mom was. And I will try to get a good job so I can pay my half of the rent, food, clothes, and so on. That’s what I hope for in my future

IT was Christmas eve everyone was sleeping and that’s when good old Santa came down the chimney.The kids woke in fear saying “Who’s Here”. The kids were scared including the one who had a nightmare. The boys woke up to the noise, and one of them hid with their toys. Later the kids heard someone say mmmmmm so they hid in their sisters closet along with their sisters many many shoes. The one girl remembered that she did a trust test to her brother and left her diary down stairs with her tablet hidden close so she could see what was happening with her diary. She remembered that her sisters tablet had an app that was called face gap. So she quietly went to her sisters bed and got her sisters tablet, but her sister said that will not help you so use your head. So she turned on the app called face gap meanwhile her parents she thought her parents were taking a nap.

When George was born he weighed 400 pounds and was 80 feet tall. His poor little mother and father had trouble getting him around and when he woke up he would cry and the forest was rained on. And when he ate breakfast he ate 3 dozen eggs and drank 60 gallons of water from the river. Then when he would stomp or run there would be a huge earthquake. But then one day the law said they should find a way to keep him always quiet or he will have to move somewhere else far. They found one way to always keep him quiet feed him his favorite cookie every 5 hours but the cookie was 10 feet tall so they had trouble keeping him from crying. So they took him far far away and his mother said,”I will miss you!!!” and she gave him her address so when he grows up he knows where to find them. And his dad gave him a goodbye cookie and and his axe and his memory book. Then they left with George’s mother crying. Then when they were out of sight the baby started sobbing and kept on sobbing for 4 weeks.
Then 20 years later he was no baby anymore he was a grown man and he saw the address where his parents lived and saw his dad’s memory book, and axe. But there was no goodbye cookie anymore 20 years ago he ate it. But when he saw how many miles away they lived he knew it was going to be a long trip. On the letter it said 650 miles away but he knew that man could go that far. He decided that he was going to walk 20 miles every day then rest and then walk another 20 miles and he estimated that it would take 32 days to get there. But he really wanted to make it there and see how his parents looked like 20 years later. But only one thing frightened him what if they died? Then he walked 9 miles he was tired but he knew he had to keep on going but then his eye caught something a 40 feet high dog. Then he went up to it and called it
Theodore .And when the dog saw George he ran up to him like george was his only friend ever.
Then after they walked 20 miles they were very, very tired. And then they fell asleep without a dinner.Then when they woke up and George realized they actually were 100 miles farther toward the place 31 days later they were 1 mile away from his aunt’s home then they found it and super happily George saw his aunt, and his aunt was super happy to see him too. But the dog barked and startled the aunt and he started digging up the entire garden and when he finished digging he created the biggest mine in the world ever.
Everyone was amazed at how big the mine was, that George was given some flint rocks to make fires. He knew they would help him stay warm during the rest of the trip. He used the flint rocks until there was no more of them. He then saw a top of a house through the trees. He started walking toward it, and when he got there his parents were outside. He would have stepped on them if they would not have yelled so loud. George was so happy to be home. His parents said they were happy he was home too. Then they lived happily ever after.

One day my mom was acting weird. I was at my house, and I kept asking her questions like, “ When is my soccer meet”, but she wouldn’t even look at me. Then I saw police cars outside with a 3 detectives I’m like,”What is going on!” Then I realized that the family diamond was lost and those three detectives were named Mark, Benji, Elizabeth. At least that is what their name tags said. I then noticed that my dad was nowhere to be found. Something really weird was going on, and I was going to find out. Then I went to ask the detectives what was happening. I was scared to ask the detectives, but I went anyway. Then I asked them if they have seen my dad and if they have seen the robber holding the family diamond. They said they had found it in the video but they didn’t know who the the robber exactly is but they are going to figure it out.
They were no help, the only thing they said is that they could not tell me because I was to young, and that it was grown up stuff. I was definitely old enough to know why everyone was acting so weird! Then the detectives saw that there was prints almost everywhere, then they realized that the diamond was stolen by someone in a black mask. They then figured that it was someone from our town. Something was definitely going on, and the weird thing was that no one knew what it was. Everybody was outside checking out the police cars in our driveway, and the weirdest thing of all was that my mom was still inside sitting on the couch.
Then the detectives started moving to this place in an alleyway but they found no evidence there and for some reason one of the detectives quit and placed the hat on top of me and I guess he was lazy and gave me the job. Then the police hauled me to the airport and we saw this suspicious person on an international airport flight, that mean that he is trying to leave the country U.S.A. We caught the plane, but the bad thing is that the plane took off when we stepped on. There was no where to sit, because there were so many people on. We had to stand in the middle, and that is not safe. I can’t believe they let us! But then we landed at a different airport and my dad was running into the next gate for the next flight to California, San Francisco. I shouted “Dad!” but he just kept going. California flights were definitely not something that he would pay for, knowing him. But instead he ran to a bus and the bus was getting away without us but luckily for us the next bus is coming in just one minute, and the police officer took a picture of the bus so we could ask the bus driver if he would know where he was going. We showed it to him and he said he did not know where it was going, so we just had to take a cab to catch them. We saw him looking out the back window, then turning around and yelling something at the bus driver.
And then we realized that he dropped the family diamond on the road but we weren’t so lucky because he had a kind of sharp kitchen knife and broke the window, jumped out grabbed the diamond and ran. Then he ran into this 5 star hotel and broke many things until he made it to the elevator. We were lucky that the policemen were in the car with us and called for backup. The police cars were bolting to us while he was going to a room, the highest one to be exact. We were all surrounding him, there was no way he was getting away. Until we saw him jump out the window of the highest floor, we thought he was crazy until we saw a bunch of people at the bottom holding a giant trampoline. Then we realized that my dad wasn’t alone and that they were actually going to sell the diamond and make lot’s of money so they can afford a base private jet and the flight to Spain. Then he made it to the area where he was going to sell it and amazingly he sold it so that means someone needs to go after him while the rest go after the diamond. But then we said we were going to send half of the police after the diamond and the rest after my father. I was going for my father because I wanted to know why he was stealing the diamond and why he and mom were acting so weird. I needed to know. I was so worried. I could not believe this so much, that I poured water on my head and then noticed that I was in my Bed! It was a dream all along. Or was it? I went downstairs and checked the area where the family diamond was it was there. But where was my father? I checked the news and saw that he was in court! But then I was wondering if that really was my father it was. And my mom finally said something to me and told me,”We have no time to watch TV we need to go to court. I guess while I was asleep the police caught him and got the diamond. My father finally walked in the door and said that he was sorry. He said that he was out of his mind and wanted more money for the family, so he sold it. We were disappointed, but still really glad he was home. But then I asked him what was he doing with those people, my dad said that those people were actually his friends and he promised them he would give each one some of the money of the diamond. And they all lived very happy with the family diamond the end. .
Every day Cathy and Carol did their chores. They were happy sisters and they liked to help their mom cook beans, and rice, and chicken. Every day after their chores cathy would go to her mom to learn and carol would go play in their yard and she could hear birds chirping and the breeze blowing. She was having lots of fun playing outside the dugout but she didn’t have a lot of time to play because she was busy working. Later they were sad because they had to stay inside because they did trouble .After that day, their father said it was time to go to the swamp over the hills the tableland than make it to the swamp like area where they will have fun. When they finally got there the started to swim around . But they were told not go to the river part of it were the water is deep and fast. So they went anyway thank the GODS they did not drown!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then they lived happily ever after
Luke Howard- Narrative Poem by Elijah Zook and Madison Horst
Up in the mountains he would see clouds very clear, and he was proud of making a book of
clouds would leave with the rain, and plus he would miss the sound of the raindrops dripping down.
Luke was a star he always thought of clouds, he could never, never stop thinking about clouds.
Clouds are quiet not loud, there are many clouds when water comes out it hits the ground.
Luke was bound to learn a lot more about clouds, and he invented a system about clouds.
Later he went to look at his cloud book, he came out and was surrounded by a crowd,
I am sure the crowd was loud.
He was proud because for have making names for clouds, and I’m sure so was the crowd.
He was also proud to be honored by the crowd, he also was astound about the crowd.
Some people wonder why he mostly thought about just clouds, but he invented many names for most of the clouds, I wonder how loud the crowd sounds.
When it was raining he may have told his friends to stop singing rain rain go away because the different names for clouds.
He went to a hill to watch clouds and inspired a crowd.
The crowd was really loud but Luke Howard was bound for more facts about clouds for the crowd.
To Luke clouds were astound.
Clouds were very interesting to Luke Howard some people know why some not, but who cares if he likes clouds so much, because clouds are very nice.
He made names of clouds some ask how.
He used the language Latin to make the names for all the clouds but how did Luke Howard know those meaning not everyone knows but clouds, clouds, clouds are nice.
All the crowd saw the cloud names and said WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
