You may think that stress is just all bad, but it’s not. Some stress (if handled the right way) can be useful and productive. For example if you are stressed about school because your project is due, you might work harder to get it finished in the amount of time you are given. Having stress in your life will allow your stress tolerance to build. A good way to deal with bad stress is simply breathing deep.
