Board games were invented so people would not get board. It says it in the name, BOARD games. The very first board game that was ever invented was dice. Dice is a fun game that is still around today. I played a little and I loved it! Well half. We are not sure when the first game was made, maybe scratching stuff into dirt or wood. We are not 100% sure when it was but the first game we did here of was dice. It was invented in a Egypt about 300 B.C. That is some history on board games!! I hope you enjoyed this post!
