well its complicated but you have a ball that’s a foot long then you would have a quarterback and he throws the ball. You would catch it and run to the end zone. If you don’t play tackle you can do 1 hand touch or 2 hand touch. You can get 6 points with the touchdown and if you make the field goal you get an extra point so you got 7 points. That’s really it.
