Get movin’!

On a dreary day like today, and EVERY day, it’s important to incorporate movement and “brain breaks” into your day! If you have not used brain breaks before, now is a great chance to give them a try. While certainly we should be designing classroom learning experiences that allow children to move and be active and comfortable in their learning environments, kids love having the opportunity to join together in a brain break and have some fun! Here are a variety of sources available to help you find exciting, movement-filled brain break activities for your kiddos!
